Book a diagnostic
Four of us, so the diary is genuinely the constraint. We are usually booked six to eight weeks out and will tell you the real date rather than holding a slot you might not get.

What plant managers ask
What it costs, what we need from your team, what happens to the report, and what we will not take on.
What does the diagnostic cost?
Fourteen thousand five hundred, fixed, including travel within Jamaica. There is no day rate, no expenses line and no scope change without a new fixed fee agreed in writing first.
What do you need from our team?
Access to three shifts including a night one, your existing shift reports however bad they are, and one operator per shift who is allowed to tell us the truth. That last one matters more than the data.
Will you sell us equipment?
No. We take no commission from any vendor and we do not resell software. When the answer is a machine we will say which one and then have nothing further to do with the purchase.
What happens to the report?
It is yours, printed, ten to fifteen pages, and we encourage you to put it on the plant wall. We publish an anonymised version of what we found in the findings log unless you ask us not to, and about a third of clients ask.
Does the improvement hold?
We sell a ninety-day verification at nearly no margin precisely because the honest answer is that about one in six does not. When it has not held we say so in writing and tell you why, which is usually that a supervisor changed and nobody re-trained.
