Four people who have all run a shift
Everyone here has been responsible for a production line at two in the morning. That is the hiring rule and it is the only one.
Tork has worked on plant floors since 2014: food processing, packing houses, beverage, and light manufacturing. Twenty-three diagnostics and about forty follow-on pieces of work.
All four of us have run a shift. Nobody here came from a consulting firm and nobody here will produce a deck. The output is a ten to fifteen page written finding, printed, that goes on a wall where operators can read it and argue with it.
We do not sell software, we take no commission from equipment vendors, and we will say plainly when the answer is a maintenance contract rather than an operations engagement. That happens with roughly one enquiry in five.
